Habitat
Growing in moist soil of a east-running riparian zone in subalpine meadow. With Salix, Penstemon, Geranium, Achillea millefolium, Pseudostellaria jamesiana, Thalictrum, Ipomopsis tenuituba, Ribes montigenum, Erythronium grandiflorum.
Description
Short, wide unarmed shrubs. Locally common.
