Habitat
On sparsely vegetated limestone gravel slope, with Castilleja, Geranium, Monardella, Eriogonum cf umbellatum, etc.
Description
Uncommon (in this spot, but common just upslope, where it levels out into a sandy-soil meadow, with Orthocarpus tolmiei, etc.).
Collection notes
The foliage is strongly aromatic.
