Identification comments
Leaves large, flowers and fruit present, calyx pale green to greenish white, corolla off white, hint of brown in tube. Fruit whitish. This rare species was also recently collected from a site further northeast on the same coast of Taveuni by M.Johnston. The plant there appears to have narrower leaves but this may reflect a possibly younger leaf form in Game 17/073.

Shrub less than 2 metres tall but may have been previously topped by hurricane winds. Several individuals present.
