Cascades Mountains. Mt Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Mountain Loop Highway, ~30miles E of Granite Falls. Perry Creek Trail. Collected from two locations here -- first, at the trailhead parking lot, and second approximately a mile up the path where it temporarily goes along an old gravel road, before re-entering the forest.

Habitat
Edges of former gravel road, on open gravel, with encroaching Alnus, Rubus, Linnaea, and with Leucanthemum, cf Agrostis, Hieracium, etc. Also in similar weedy edges of gravel parking lot.

Common, scattered.
Collection notes
Individuals 4542.01 -.12 are from the pathside site; 4542.13 - .24 are from the parking lot. Vouchered plants are 4542.1, 4542.13 (.13 is the photographed plant), and 4542.14 (a particularly large plant; two duplicates made, one to UBC). Plants from the pathside were in a drier, more exposed site, and were consistently small. The parking lot plants tended to be much larger.
