Above 12-Mile Creek, up the slope past the first switchback in the 12-Mile County Road. On this hike I started at 12-Mile Co. Rd at the switchback and hiked up the 4x4 track above the S side of the creek, which then veers south and west.

Habitat
Mossy ledges and nooks on rock outcrop, partially sheltered (small cf. Psudotsuga), with Selaginella, Cystopteris, grasses, cf. Heuchera, etc.

Locally common -- seven clumps seen. Each one plant?
Collection notes
These plants wilted before pressing -- in life the flower stalks were erect. Flowers white or very pale pink.
