Description
At least 6 saplings seen, all under 2m tall, in waste area. With large non-native Rubus, lush Eupatorium __, __, __. Edge of drive and scrubby woodlot of Pinus taeda, Liquidambar, etc. This species (Pistacia) is planted in the Law School parking lot, approx. 100m away. Mel Turner reports that this species is being planted increasingly frequently, and is poised to become an invasive problem.
