Description
Uncommon (?), in mixed Pinus/hardwoods secondary edge, along footpath. With Liquidambar, Rubus, Campsis, Acer rubrum, etc.
Collection notes
Made three Acrocystis collections around this site: a "normal" looking C. cf. reznicekii (3797); a long-prostrate-culmed species (3798); and a rather rhizomatous C. cf nigromarginata with white perigynia (3799).
