Description
Fairly common, scattered, on lower portions of active earthen roadside banks. Through rich deciduous forest with Acer rubrum, Bentula lenta, Carya tomentosa, Liriodendron, Robinia, Pinus strobus, etc. Carex cf deflexa (CJR 2909), cf nigromarginata (CJR 2908), appalachica (2910), and laxiflora (2913) were all collected in the vicinity.
