Habitat
On bottom portions of Schoenoplectus californicus stems; the Schoenoplectus formed dense patches blanketing the edges of the reservoir.
Description
Multiple plants were infected locally, but I'm not sure how widespread it was (even in this one dense patch, only a small fraction were infected).
