Description
Uncommon, scattered along path edge through shady moist deciduous forest near mountain stream, under Carya, Betula lenta, Quercus rubra, Liriodendron, Rhododendron, Carex virescens (CJR 2922), etc. Carex virescens seemed much more common than C.swanii throughout the areas visited this weekend.
