Description
Uncommon (scattered plants) on rich rocky slope, with dense Anemonella, scattered Acer barbatum seedlings, Ostyra, Quercus cf. rubra, etc. Most common in the thin soil around the edges of exposed rocks. General area is a wooded deciduous floodplain (Acer, Platanus, Celtis, Quercus, Fraxinus, etc.) in a diabase sill.
