Habitat
Weedy disturbed areas in large flat canyon bottom (the site is a campground that is under construction--there's been a lot of heavy equipment use last year, etc). With Isatis, Asperugo, Lactuca serriola, Melilotus, Danthonia, etc. Plants seemed unusually large, but I may just be unfamiliar with this species.
