Habitat
Growing on an east-facing dry clay slope in subalpine meadow. With Penstemon, Lathyrus, Erythronium grandiflorum, Pseudostellaria jamesiana, Thalictrum, Ipomopsis tenuituba, Orthocarpus tolmiei.
Description
Aromatic plant from a thick, fibrous taproot.
