Habitat
On a flat, rocky montane ridge. Exclusively on the east side of the ridge. With Eriogonum, Erigeron compositus, Juniperus communis depressa, Rosa.
Description
Wide, unarmed shrubs. Locally abundant. With a spicy, unpleasant odor.
