Campus lawns and (especially) sidewalk and roadway edges. Absent from the drier areas (with oaks, for example), and most common in more disturbed sites, closest to sidewalks, etc.
Description
Common as scattered individuals or patches (rarely forming large patches) in weedy lawns, with low grass (Eleusine), low Trifolium, Taraxacum, Plantago lanceolata, Salvia lyrata, Setaria, etc.
