Description
Common/uncommon in slight openings in deciduous forest. Collected plants were from a patch on the edge of the footpath, under canopy gap, with Carex sp. (Bracteosae?), Hexastylis arifolia, Potentilla, etc., under Ostyra, Juglans, Fagus, Cornus, Liquidambar, etc. Carex cf. tetanica collected nearby (CJR et al. 2825).
