Mazatzal Mountains, on the Barnhardt Trail, approx. 7.6km W of Rye. Just above the trail. Tonto National Forest, Mazatzal Wilderness. Same site as Schuettpelz 445.
Habitat
In seasonally wet seeps where trail crosses NW-facing cliffs with Ceanothus, Myriopteris wootonii (CJR 5401) Myriopteris yavapensis (CJR 5402), Myriopteris fendleri (CJR 5403), Myriopteris lindheimer (CJR 5404), Baccharis? Garrya, Quercus, Juniperus, Agave, Cercocarpus.
