Forming quite dense patches, with Lysimachia ciliata, etc., in the open in weedy disturbed large flat canyon bottom (the site is a campground that is under construction--there's been a lot of heavy equipment use last year, etc). With Isatis, Asperugo, Danthonia, etc.
