Identification comments
"This doesn't look like O. villosa to me. O. villosa tends to have dense simple trichomes, green persistent floral bracts, including on the most terminal/apical flowers, and fairly think sepal tips. This plant has a high density of simple trichome and glandular trichomes, fairly thick free sepal tips and noticeably small floral bracts. The flora bract trait is relevant because it is a feature of the B genome inherited from O. grandiflora in O. biennis, which is an AB genome, where the A genome comes from (O. elata sensu lato or similar AA relative) and the B genome come sfrom O. grandiflora."
