Specific locality
Blacksmith Fork Canyon. The Cart Trail, E of Richard's Hollow Trail. I hiked Richard's Hollow Trail, off Left Hand Fork (Rt245), to the Cart Trail, which brought me E to Rt047 and back down that to Rt245 and back to the trailhead.

Habitat
In open soil patches in large Wyethia/Lomatium meadow (I collected the Lomatium--CJR6040); Balsamorhiza macrophylla was also locally common, as was Delphinium.
