Habitat
Emergent and in still, shallow water of quiet river bay amongst sandstone cobble in fine, silty substrate with Juncus filiformis, Isoetes spp., Valisneria americana, Sagittaria graminea, Eleocharis acicularis. Both I. xrobusta (DFB20247) and I. septentrionalis (DFB20248) were collected here.
